Fields Readonly in OAF Page personalisation

Steps:
1. Go to Persanalization
2. Filter for Flex
3. Select the correct field
4. In the Segments, Add the Flexfield Segments like

LICENSE_REQUEST|Grade($RO$)|Job Title($RO$)|Department($RO$)|SBU($RO$)|Contact Number|Type of License
